I’m a Naturopath and Herbalist that works from my cosy home-based clinic.
There are no band-aid approaches in my natural medicine clinic. Changes may be in the form of dietary changes, lifestyle modifications and mindset shifts. These shifts aim to optimise your health and give your body what it needs to function well.
I want you to feel heard, to be supported through the breakdowns and breakthroughs, and really sort what is happening for you on a cellular level rather than just take another pill and think that is going to sort your issue (hint, it’s not. It takes work).
