I’m a Naturopath, a mother two beautiful children who I homeschool and I love dogs, cats and ducks.

When i’m not being a mother, my main focus is being a natural medicine practitioner I enjoy supporting my clients build healthy bodies for babies, birth, and post partum where the challenges and milestones of life as a woman really start to show up.

This includes supporting couples and individuals with reproductive health, preconception care, fertility support, hormonal balance and helping mothers with their young babies.

Nurturing families is also close to my heart, and I work with people of all backgrounds and ages, providing naturopathic health support which may include:

• Comprehensive initial consultations and review appointments

• Acute consultations for minor, short-term health complaints

• Physical assessments including blood pressure, nail and tongue analysis

• Iridology and sclerology

• Western and Eastern Herbal and supplement dispensing including liquid herbals

• Meal planning

• Testing for allergies and intolerances

• Pathology, stool analysis, hormone profile, MTHFR, DNA and heavy metal testing

I will support you through the breakdowns, breakthroughs and some serious goal kicking. I am an empathic practitioner, direct with my prescribing and I am not your average natural medicine practitioner, I don’t want you taking a million pills with no idea why!

Your prescription may include dietary changes, lifestyle modifications and mindset shifts as well as supplements. Whatever path your journey takes, I will be there to guide you on this wild ride we all call life.

Be prepared for me to ask questions no-one else would. Like, how many times do you poop in a day? And what’s your period really like? I work with people who know they need help, recognise they have not got the answers from the mainstream approach, are pattern and rule breakers as well as intuitive goddesses of the birth cosmos. You don’t have to have had a baby to work with me, you don’t have to want to get pregnant, but you will have to be ready to change your life.
